Leathercraft instruction: They have basic instruction for the beginner through January and will be adding classes for advanced skills as time goes on. 

Consignment Items: They sell items that local leathercrafters have made on consignment. They have some amazing artwork on display by local artists. 

Birthday Parties: Kids ages 9 and up can have birthday parties at the store and enjoy personalizing their own leather products like wristbands or bookmarks. 

Law Enforcement Equipment: They are authorized dealers for many public safety & law enforcement equipment makers and are currently adding items to support area agencies and individual officers needs. 

Erik retired from the Army in December and wanted to locate the business in Leavenworth or Lansing so his family can put down roots here among friends. Erik and Sarah are very excited about their location in the creative district that is Delaware Street. After watching most production of leather goods move to overseas locations, they are especially proud to be bringing back the leather industry to Leavenworth.

KCKCC-Leavenworth Center, located at 225 Cherokee in downtown Leavenworth, offers credit and non-credit classes each semester. The Center opened in January 1988 as an alternative for local residents to the 25-mile drive to campus. The Center consists of 21 classrooms, which include science and computer laboratories. Qualified instructors teach the same courses that are offered on campus. In August 2007, OnTrack, the non-credit adult basic education and GED preparation program, was added to the programs available at KCKCC-Leavenworth Center. This adult learning program is designed to improve skills and help students realize their educational dreams. After assessing students' level of preparation, the program is customized to individual student needs and includes employment skills training to prepare for a future career. The Center is also available for use by area businesses for training and community organizations for meetings and activities.
